Can’t find the part or service you’re looking for on our website? We may be able to offer a custom testing and repair service through our Custom Request Form.
This service has saved money for hundreds of customers and gives our technicians experience with parts not in our regular service catalogue, which can result in offering the service permanently. It’s a win-win for everyone.
This service is only for modules or parts we currently don’t have a service for. Please search our website for what you’re looking for prior to submitting a Custom Request.
Fill out the Custom Request Form
Our technicians will review the information
Our R&D technicians will review and reply to you via email. Once your part is approved for repair, you’ll be emailed instructions on how to get started.
Contact our sales department
When you have your approval, contact our sales department who will get the order set up. They will email you shipping labels so you can send the module to us. Please do not ship the part to us on your own.
Ship your part to us
Remove the module from your vehicle and pack it securely in a strong box. Please ensure you follow the shipping instructions provided.
The part will be tested
When your part arrives at our facility, we will begin the testing process. Once the module is inspected and tested, we will contact you with options and pricing.
Approval and repair service
You can decide to either proceed with our service or the have the module shipped back to you without service. A $75 test fee may apply. If you decide to proceed with one of the services we offer, we will proceed with the service as requested.
The part gets shipped back to you
You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking information once your part has been shipped.
Reinstall the part
When you receive the package, review our repair report and reinstall the module back into your vehicle. Tests should then be done to ensure the repaired part is working properly.

No, sorry. Our technicians need accurate information to determine whether we can help you. It’s best to get that information directly from you. We will not be able to review any Custom Requests without the form being submitted.
Almost all requests are responded to within a few hours (assuming business hours). If you do not hear back within a few hours, our technicians may need a bit more time to research the issue. If you do not hear back within 24 hours, please check your junk mail folder.
Since many issues are intermittent or can only be tested while the module is inside a working vehicle, there can never be a 100% guarantee that a defective module will fault during our testing process. If the module does not fault, we will contact you with the test results and give options based on the diagnostics you provide
In some cases we may not have stock on all the necessary part to complete the repair. However, we have a robust supply chain and can source almost any part from around the world in 5 – 10 business days.
