This is a Testing service of your existing instrument cluster. Please use this service when your specific module or vehicle application is not listed in our list of repair services. You will need to remove and send your instrument cluster to our facility for testing using the shipping labels provided.
The order will be processed during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST). After processing your order, we will email shipping labels along with shipping instructions. If you do not receive shipping labels within 1 hour of submitting your order (during business hours), please check your junk/spam folders. If you still have not received the labels, please contact us toll-free at 1-888-712-2525.
Along with the shipping labels, you will receive an instrument cluster Fault Symptoms Report (failure form). Please complete the form with as much information as you can about the failures your vehicle is experiencing, such as a readout of the diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) from your vehicle. Please include the completed form with your shipment by placing a hard copy of the form inside the box.
Once we receive your package at our facility, your instrument cluster will be tested and inspected. We will then contact you and provide a repair estimate. Should you decide to proceed with the repair, the test fee will be credited towards the repair cost.
Please note that testing can be limited outside of the vehicle with a working engine. This is one of the reasons why it is very important to be thorough with your diagnosis as well as provide us with as much information as possible.
On average we can repair the module in one day, as we have a majority of the commonly failing parts in stock. However, in some instances, we might have to order new parts and that may take additional time.
If your module is damaged beyond repair, we may be able to offer a program transfer service of the existing software, VIN, and other data into another used module. Additional charges may apply.
