To submit a warranty claim, complete the form below with as much detail as possible. No warranty request will be considered without submitting this form.

As we are not able to diagnose the vehicle ourselves, we rely on diagnostic information provided by our customers. Providing detailed diagnostic information about the issue you’re experiencing will help us confirm the issue and expedite the warranty process. Warranty claims submitted without detailed diagnostic information will take longer to process or may not be processed until the information is provided.

Important: Most of the warranty claims we receive end up being issues that can be resolved in the vehicle. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, it’s strongly recommended to perform basic checks relevant to the module (double-check connections, clear the codes and see what codes come back or don’t clear, etc.).

Important: Please refrain from removing the module prior to receiving return authorization. As part of the warranty claim process, there may be tests to run while the module is in the vehicle.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. Warranty claims submitted after 3:00pm EST or outside of normal business hours will be processed during the next business day.
