We will test, diagnose and repair your module the same day it arrives at our facility.

Purchasing a Pre-Programmed Module is a great option if you want to avoid downtime for your vehicle. We’ll use the information you provide about your vehicle to make sure you get a module that is plug and play, so the only thing you need to do is install it into your vehicle. With express shipping you should receive the module as early as next business day after processing your order.

We will program our module from stock based on the information you provide about your vehicle.

Shipping the part to you

We will ship the module the same day we process the order. You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking information.

Installation and core return

Install the newly remanufactured module into your vehicle. All functions should be restored, no software reload is required (unless otherwise noted). Keep your old defective module aside to ship back to us as a core (if applicable).

Shipping the core to us (if applicable)

Pack your defective module securely in a box and attach the shipping labels that we provided to you. Drop off the package at a UPS location or schedule UPS for a pickup (UPS pickup is only available for businesses).

Core fee refund (if applicable)

We will issue a credit directly to your credit card within 48 hours of receiving the core. A refund transaction email will be automatically sent to you. Your credit card company will need some time to process on their end as well (typically 3-5 business days). After which the refund will appear on your credit card statement.

You may contact us by phone toll-free at 1-888-712-2525 (US & Canada) or 905-670-4010 (local). If you have not done business with us before, you will be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form before we can process the order. Submitting the order online skips this step since you are inputting the credit card information yourself.

Orders are processed daily during our regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 5PM (EST), excluding holidays.
If the order submission fails, please review the information that you provided us. Your billing address must match the address linked to your credit card. If the information is correct and your order still fails, chances are there is an international block on your credit card. Call your credit card company and they will lift the block temporarily, allowing you to put the order through. If that still doesn’t work, please contact us to place an order over the phone.
